An example might be a business negotiation conflict related to a Fortune 500 company or labor relations (Union activity) that resulted in one or both parties seeking a formal intervention resolution. Prepare a 1,400- to 1,750-word paper in which you address the following: Identify the primary sources of the conflict and how each party attempted to manage the impasse. Discuss the formal intervention strategy used and whether it satisfactorily resolved the conflict.
