Provide a basic literature review for Assignment 2 and a knowledge foundation for Assignment 3. 1. The International Corporation Ltd  (ICL) , a large commercial business with a diverse workforce, has asked your team of  HR consultants (give your team a name and an identity) to advise them on how to so ICL can align employee efforts and aspirations with engage their diverse workforce IFCL strategic vision using a SHRM approach. ICL’s strategic vision is to be a leading corporation that is valued by its customers and an employer of choice for its employees.  They wish to develop an HR strategy to support this strategic vision by focusing on . employee engagement and diversity They are interested in what the says about employee engagement and academic literature diversity as well as what other organisations do to engage their diverse workforces. It is also interested in the role designation plays in helping to engage a diverse employer of choice workforce. To complete this assignment, you must review a sample of HR literature on employee  (search years 2015 – 2019). What do you recommend ICL do to engage and retain Gen Ys? The research report must be written as an   evidenced based report (see Q Manual). This means your paper must offer a critical analysis of your topic and your target group that incorporates various viewpoints about the usefulness, relevance and importance of approaches to the main research question and your allocated topic.
A reminder about plagiarism: please ensure that your report is correctly and adequately referenced and any material drawn from journal articles, reports and websites is appropriately acknowledged in the report. THE REPORT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO (TO ENSURE THAT YOU TURNITIN HAVE NOT INADVERTENTLY PLAGIARISED) ON MOODLE AS WELL AS HANDING IN A ,  HARD COPY.   Boardroom Presentation: The presentation component includes the preparation of a 20 minute (plus 5 minutes of questions) group presentation to ICL’s  Management Committee. This is a professional activity and we expect that you will treat it as a professional presentation and dress and behave accordingly. It is entirely up to the team to decide how they want to present their findings, but please remember it is meant to be a professional presentation. You can do a poster, stand and present, do a role play, make a video, present a case study or any other way you think is a useful way to communicate your findings.  Everyone in the team has to contribute to the presentation (either by preparing and/or presenting) and everyone has to be present on the day of presentation and involved in some way on the day of It is not necessary that everyone presents but all group members must be able to the presentation. demonstrate they are actively engaged with the material. You do not have to use PowerPoint or similar but if you do you should have a maximum of 10 -12 slides. You must reference the material on your slides by including references on each slide to indicate where the material you have used came from.  Please be mindful of the technology constraints in your class room and maintaining audience interest.

No books or other materials are to be used. There is no word limit but a time limit of 60 minutes will be set. The question is as follows: Define and outline 3 HRM activities from Weeks 5-11. Then, with reference to HRM models and concepts, explain how these activities can be aligned to meet the needs of employees as well as the strategic goals of the organisation.
