Now that you have completed the Intake Interview Process Video assignment, it is important for you to understand the evaluation and termination process in social work. This assignment will assist you in reflecting on your knowledge of this final step in the helping process.

Use the information you obtained from your client in your intake interview video to answer each essay question:

In 150-200 words, explain a possible treatment plan (resources, interventions, possible groups, etc.) for your client or if termination is more appropriate.  What might be some possible aftercare plans for your client?

In 150-200 words, explain a possible termination process you would create for your client. Explain a plan to handle any negative impacts termination might have on your client.

In 200-250 words, take into consideration the autonomy of a client and explain how a social worker might handle when a client rejects a social worker’s aftercare treatment plan. Why is it important for a social worker to understand the client’s autonomy?
