5. What might be a possible solution to the identified problem using practice theories and interventions? Social work requires ethical and professional behavior. Explain if the social worker in this video displayed ethical behavior. Provide an example of both: ethical and professional behavior.

Read the case example on page 25 in Chapter 2 of the textbook. Identify the phases of the helping process in this particular case study.  Explain if the caseworker followed the helping process sufficiently or if an element within a phase was missing.  What were the different approaches between the two social workers and why?

Use a standard 10-to-12-point (10 to 12 characters per inch) typeface. Smaller or compressed type and papers with small margins or single-spacing are hard to read. It is better to let your essay run over the recommended number of pages than to try to compress it into fewer pages.

Likewise, large type, large margins, large indentations, triple-spacing, increased leading (space between lines), increased kerning (space between letters), and any other such attempts at “padding” to increase the length of a paper are unacceptable, wasteful of trees, and will not fool your professor.

The paper must be neatly formatted, double-spaced with a one-inch margin on each page’s top, bottom, and sides. When submitting a hard copy, be sure to use white paper and print it out using dark ink. If it is hard to read your essay, it will also be hard to follow your argument.

Support your ideas with at least three (3) sources using citations in your essay. Make sure to cite using the APA writing style for the essay. The cover page and reference page in correct APA do not count towards the minimum word amount. Review the rubric criteria for this assignment.
