Explain the stages in the life cycle of a typical company, and do the same for the company you chose in Week 2. In a minimum of 2,100 words, include the following:

Analyze the life cycle of the company.
Identify each stage the company has already experienced, providing examples of indicators in each stage.
Identify the current stage in the life cycle of the company.
Explain the metrics that indicate the current stage.
Analyze how the structure of the company has affected the rate at which the company has moved through the life cycle.
Identify the optimal stage for this company.
Recommend strategies to reach and maintain the optimal stage.
