I have a speech about 5 to 8 minutes. It’s a debate, but before start it, everyone has to talk it about 5 to 8 minutes.

The content should be about the death penalty in California. We are the right side and we agree with maintain the death penalty. The counter-argument is that the death penalty cannot be executed under any circumstances.
