Nursing Assignment: Depression

FF 35-year-old African female client here for follow up depression. She has a medical history of multiple sclerosis which is has been hiding from all her family members since the diagnosis was pronounced 3 years ago after the birth of her son. The secret is only shared between her and her husband as she wishes. She reports feeling more depressed and suicidal in the past 2 weeks, feels hopeless, crying spells, sad, reduced appetite sometimes and have thoughts of hurting herself, she denies having any plans yet. She denies any psych origin from her family.
