Describe the process employees need to take in order to unionize.
Explain the rights of employees.
Assess what an employer can legally do to prevent unionization.
Scenario 6: Motivation
Explain two motivational theories.
Determine which theory would work best in this scenario to help motivate employees.

Imagine that you are asked to tutor another student on the fundamental concepts of chemistry, the scientific method, and the differences between a plant cell, an animal cell, and a bacterial cell.

- How chemical reactions occur in the body.
- The purpose of the scientific method.
- How to develop a hypothesis.
- How to design an experiment using the scientific method.

- What is unique about each cell type.
