Option 1: Traditional Paper

Write a 750-1000-word paper that compares and contrasts the experience of German Children in the Third Reich to that of Jewish children impacted by the actions of the Third Reich.
Describe the types of children in both groups and how they were selected for that group.
Describe the impact World War II had on both groups.
Identify lasting implications World War II had on the children that impacted their future generations and that can still be seen today.

Option 2: Image Based Editorial

Create an image-based editorial piece for a national magazine about the role of children during World War II. The written part of your editorial must be at least 800 words.

Compare the experience of children in the Third Reich to that of Jewish children impacted by the actions of the Third Reich.

Depict the types of children in both groups through both images and written words.

Describe the impact the war had on both groups.

Identify lasting implications World War II had on the children that impacted their future generations and that can still be seen today.
