The team has been tasked with devising a plan to offshore the contact center eliminating resources/roles within the organization. Points to consider: risk assessment, persuasion, buy-in, conflict resolution, power/politics, motivation, etc.

Explain what approach you would take to mitigate power, politics, and conflict management.

Explain what motivational theories you would utilize to gain support from employees during the implementation of the initiative and why you selected the theories.
Explain how you could utilize rewards and recognition programs to foster an environment welcoming this change initiative and future endeavors.
